Within 30 days of the original purchase date, you can exchange or return product for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs) as long as the product was purchased at chatlight.com.

Unopened product can be exchanged at any time. You are responsible for the shipping of your items to and from chatlight, we are not responsible for those costs associated with transporting your product. If you purchased your product through an authorized or certified retailer then you should follow their return/exchange procedure.

Restrictions apply to opened or used products and chatlight does reserve the right to refuse refund, return or exchange of products it deems as not like new. chatlight defines “not like new” as any product that is incomplete and does not include the original packaging and all associated accessories and documentation.

All items are shipped default by ground. Rates are based on weight and shipping destination. Allow two to three weeks for delivery of in-stock merchandise. Items that are out of stock may take longer to ship.

Expedited shipping (Next Day, 2 and 3 day air) will vary and charges are generally based on freight rate and time of shipment.

Duties and taxes: Items shipped outside of the United States generally require applicable shipping duties and fees for which Glowzi, LLC is not responsible.
